The STUBE ZWEI.NULL is a tribute to the “BAD” innkeepers – to parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. Some dishes have their roots in the past and are reinterpreted in a modern way. Awarded a Michelin star since 2013, Hans Häge and his team serve creative dishes from Wednesday to Saturday as well as on selected Sundays, combining regional ingredients with international influences.
A special highlight: the WHITE CARD MENU on Wednesday and Thursday evenings – a five-course surprise menu where the chef reveals nothing in advance.
