At STUBE ZWEI.NULL, regional classics take center stage – down-to-earth, yet refined. Hans and Hans – son and father – together with their team bring tradition and a contemporary spirit to the table. Inspired by family recipes and regional cuisine, dishes created in the kitchen of the fine dining restaurant also find their way into the STUBE, making Swabian heritage truly tangible on the plate.

Since January 2025, we have been delighting guests in the STUBE ZWEI.NULL with dishes inspired by the region and the Häge family tradition. The STUBE ZWEI.NULL is a tribute to the “BAD” innkeepers – to parents, grandparents and great-grandparents of the Häge family, who once laid the culinary foundation of the GASTHOF ZUM BAD. Today, we reinterpret their classics and – as in our Michelin-starred kitchen – focus on the finest ingredients, craftsmanship and modern influences.
