At the beginning of 2025, with the opening of STUBE ZWEI.NULL, we fulfilled a long-standing wish of many of our guests. In the STUBE, we serve honest Swabian cuisine – inspired by the region and the Häge family’s culinary heritage.
For us, STUBE ZWEI.NULL is more than a traditional restaurant – it is a tribute to the “BAD” innkeepers and to generations of the Häge family: parents, grandparents and great-grandparents who welcomed their guests with genuine warmth. Some of our dishes carry the signature of past times and are reinterpreted in a modern way by Hans Häge Jr. – for true enjoyment with a story behind it.
